Shipping is typically through freight carriers. Shipping times depend on where you are located and which warehouse the order is being shipped from. Please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be shipped, and around 7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email along with a tracking number. If you order several items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Once the item has been shipped the freight service will reach out to you to coordinate the time and date of the delivery. If any accommodations need to be made, please note that at checkout and again when arranging the delivery appointment.

Orders will typically be dropped off either curbside or outside your front door. It is your responsibility to bring the furniture into the building and to remove any existing items.

Depending on the item, parts may be shipped in several boxes, and assembly may be required. Please check that you have all the pieces of the item and nothing is broken. If your order is damaged in transit and external damage is visible, note the damage immediately, write it down on the delivery documents, take photos and/or videos, and refuse the shipment. If there is no external damage, accept and sign for the package, but note "subject to concealed damage." Any damage upon delivery needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery, or you may not be eligible for a refund. Information
Legion Furniture products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase and subject to the original owner. Damage caused during moving or during installation is not a defect or warranty issue. This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charges associated with the repair, removal, reinstallation, or consequential damages, damage due to installation error, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover product failure caused by abusive treatment, surface scratches, misuse, neglect, or damage due to handling or faulty installations. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to the original installation of the product. Defective products or parts will be replaced on a rush and availability basis. Legion Furniture must be notified in writing upon discovery of any defect in the product, including a detailed description of the alleged defect and include photos. This warranty does not apply to local building code compliance. The buyer should check with the local related plumbing codes before installation.

Tempered Glass Characteristic
Due to the manufacturing process, glass will tend to have a greenish tint; this is  natural feature and is not considered a defect. As a result of the tempering process or otherwise, color variations in glass may occur in certain products.

Stone Characteristics
Color and Pattern Variations in stone are a natural occurrence. Natural occurring stone characteristics such as variations in grain, color, mineral streaks are not considered as defective product.

Finish and Wood Characteristics
All wood naturally ages, darkens changes color and mellows over time due primarily to exposure to light. While this color change is imperceptible from day to day, it may be significant over a longer period, or due to amount of light, the wood is exposed to. On warranty replacement doors or drawers, we will not guarantee an exact color match. In addition, imperfections such as checks (small surface splits), pitch pockets (small dark holes) or darker mineral streaks are natural and are not considered defects.
