Suburban Casa is an authorized dealer for high-quality furniture; we are not the brand. Each brand comes with a warranty, but the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty depends on the original brand. Warranties are as follows:
Ancerre Designs
  1. Shipment Inspection

    We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment to ensure that you receive our products in perfect condition. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging for any signs of visible damage. Mark down specifically the pieces & signs of damages before signing off on the receipt.

  2.  Damage Claim

    Please report damages to Ancerre's customer support team support team at (888) 830 - 8828, no later than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any damages reported after the 24 hours are subject to a charge for replacements. Ancerre Designs does not provide RA’s on damaged items.

  3. Warranty

    We warrant it to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase to the original owner and installation site. This warranty applies to products that are purchased from an authorized Ancerre Designs dealer and are used under normal residential use.

    Our warranty will not cover the following:

    • Improper Maintenance (Please refer to care & maintenance)

    • Damages that was caused by improper installation

    • Abuse or alteration of Ancerre Designs products

    • Damages caused by fire, flood or any damages caused by the acts of God

    • Ancerre Designs is not liable for any labor or material charges, loss of time, loss of profits or any incidental expenses from the use of the products. Does not cover the cost for removal or reinstallation.

    • Warranty will be void if the Ancerre Designs products are installed with obvious visual defects

    • Natural stones and Quartz tops will vary (No 2 slabs are alike) in color, pattern & mineral streak from what is shown from our images. This is not consider defect & will not be covered under our warranty .

    • All natural wood will age (darken/lighten) over time depending on exposure to light. Natural wood will vary (dark spots, slight splits, mineral streak) in appearance and are not considered defects. In the situation when we send you a replacement doors or drawers, please note we can not guarantee exact color match.

    To file a warranty claim, please call (888) 830 - 8828. Proof of purchase will be required.

Eviva LLC
  1. Receiving Shipment
    You are required to examine the order thoroughly upon successful delivery for any signs of visible damage. Please document all the damages on the Proof of Delivery receipt. If significant damage occurs to the shipment, the dealer or receiver is entitled to refuse the entire shipment.
    If the damage is minor, please accept the shipment and report your findings to EVIVA LLC immediately. All claims for shipment defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to comply with this rule automatically disqualifies dealers from free replacement of damaged goods.
  2. Warranty
    EVIVA LLC provides 1 (One) year limited warranty on all its products, subject to normal use and proper installation by licensed professionals. If a defect arises during the warranty period, EVIVA LLC, will (1) repair the Product at no additional surcharge using new parts, (2) replace the defected part or the entire product with a new one at the manufacturer’s discretion, or (3) elect to refund the original purchase price. This warranty is not transferrable.

    The limited warranty covers any defects that may arise in the materials and workmanship in your product and all its parts. The warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, abuse, or accidents that occur outside of our facilities, poor installation, everyday wear and tear, criminal activity, or lack of maintenance, or any act of nature (such as tornadoes, floods, and hurricanes).
    Proof of purchase, such as a receipt from the original retailer, will be required to verify the eligibility of the warranty.

    EVIVA LLC will not be responsible for damage due to installation errors, use of cleaners containing alcohol, organic solvents, or abrasives, whether performed by a service company, contractor, or yourself. Moreover, the limitations of liability in this warranty document do not apply to indirect, incidental, and consequential damages, injuries, losses, or costs of any nature relating to the product.
    Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, liabilities, guarantees, and conditions (statutory or contractual, expressed or implied), including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for use. Some jurisdictions, states, and counties do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties so the above terms or limitations may not be applicable for you.

    This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may be entitled to other rights depending on local law which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. EVIVA LLC provides proper instructions on availing your warranty claims. All EVIVA LLC products are designed for indoor use only.   3. Parts Request
    To properly assess the damaged/defective part, EVIVA LLC may ask for relevant photos that clearly depict the damage. Photos will help us determine the right course of action and will be an important role in filing damage claims with the shipping company. If you are unable to provide photos for any reason, then you must ship the product to our designated warehouse for inspection, at your own expense. The product/part will be thoroughly examined and a decision will be made based on our expert’s discretion, including a full refund of the original purchase if it comes to that. All issues with the delivery must be reported to EVIVA LLC within 48 hours. All EVIVA LLC parts orders carry a 90-day limited warranty.

Fine Mod Imports
  1. Damages Upon Delivery
    If any of the items arrive damaged, a damage claim must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. Please send clear images reflecting the damage to team@finemodimports.com and reference the invoice or PO number from the order. If additional images or information is requested by this department the customer is required to fulfill this request promptly. Once we have all the necessary information we will reply to the email letting you know the status of the claim. We can either offer a discount for the customer to keep the item as is, ship a specific replacement part free of charge, or ship an entire new item free of charge.

    If we decide to pick up the damaged item we will issue a call tag with the carrier of our choice. The customer must make sure to have the item packaged and ready for pickup on time as we can charge for additional pickups that need to be scheduled.

    In order to be eligible for pickup we require the original packaging is still intact. If for whatever reason the packaging is damaged, the customer will need to arrange for proper packaging for the item before we can issue the call tag. The carrier cannot pick up any items unless it is packed properly. Please note that we will not ship any replacements before the original damaged item is picked up from the customer and in transit to our warehouse. Additionally, if the customer is notified that we will be sending replacements but we choose not to pick up the damaged item they can only dispose of the damaged goods once a replacement has been received and is in proper condition. If the customer chooses to return the damaged/wrong item and does not want a replacement, we will not cover the return shipping cost. We will still require that you reach out to us beforehand to receive authorization before you send your item back. If you do not receive authorization beforehand, the item may not be accepted and you may not receive money back.

  2. Warranty
    We offer a one year limited warranty for all our items. If an item gets damaged from regular use, please contact team@finemodimports.com to file a damage claim. We will require the invoice and photographic evidence. Additionally, we will need to be provided with exact information of how the damage occurred so that we can determine if it is covered under the warranty.
International Home Miami

Furniture is covered under International Home Miami's One Year Limited Warranty. To ensure your complete satisfaction, this warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for one year from date of purchase. Should a frame failure arise within one year from date of purchase, they will repair or replace the defective piece. They reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer is in production. There is a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against structural failure, provided the furniture is assembled correctly and is subjected to normal use and against wood rot and insect infestation. Structural failure after incorrect assembly, variations in wood color due to weathering, roughness, and non-structural cracks or splits are not warranted. Please note that International Home Miami Corp. cannot be liable for failure caused by abuse, neglect, or the application of paint or polyurethane.

What is not covered: Freight and packaging charges to and from our customer service center remain the customer's responsibility: furniture used for commercial purposes: failure caused by improper care; unreasonable or abusive use; freeze damage; acts of God; rust; purchased parts or return freight and packaging charges. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) is required for warranty. Simple cracking (slight hairline cracks, etc.) and discoloration are normal in wood products.

KubeBath

KUBEBATH offers the following limited warranty on each of its Vanity products* (the “Product”) and the components thereof. This warranty extends only to the original owner or end user for personal household use. For commercial uses, additional limitations apply.

Subject to the Warranty Service provision below, any product reported to the authorized dealer or to KUBEBATH as being defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product or component of equal value) at the option of KUBEBATH. This warranty extends to the original owner or end-user and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

KUBEBATH reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it being understood that such modifications will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of sale of the products in question.

Neither the distributor, authorized KUBEBATH dealer, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty. Any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty shall not be enforceable against KUBEBATH or any other person, persons or entity.

  1. Warranty Coverage

    KUBEBATH warrants the Product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, contractor, or builder, from KUBEBATH or an authorized KUBEBATH dealer.

    Should customer experience any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, KubeBath will supply replacement parts or replace the defective product, subject to the following conditions:

    • Any claim made under this warranty must include a copy of a valid proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase.
    • Our obligation under this warranty is to the original purchaser only, and may not be transferred.
    • Product replacement does not include labor or installation costs.
    • This warranty applies to residential installations only.
    • KubeBath reserves the right to examine product in question and its installation prior to replacement.
    • If an identical replacement product is not available, KubeBath reserves the right to replace the defective product with a similar product.

    NOTE: Accessories such as rinse grids, and strainers are not covered by this warranty.

  2. Limitations

    This warranty shall not apply to instances of incorrect operating procedures, breakages, or damages caused by fault through improper installation, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, water damage, or alteration of the Product, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, an act of God, or any other casualty. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wools, and harsh chemicals as these will scratch, damage, and / or dull the product and / or finish and void this warranty. The owner/end-user of the Product covered by the present warranty is entirely responsible for its proper installation and any applicable plumbing or electrical wiring. KUBEBATH neither installs nor supervises the installation nor hires a contractor for this purpose; consequently, KUBEBATH cannot be held responsible for any default, breakage, or damages caused thereby or resulting thereof, either directly or indirectly. 

    This warranty relates to defects in manufacture, materials or workmanship in a KubeBath sink or faucet supplied for installation into domestic premises in the United States. It does not extend to:

    • Damage resulting from failure to maintain the product in accordance with the Care and Maintenance instructions provided with the product.
    • Normal wear and tear, scratches or accidental damage.
    • Faults arising from improper use and/or installation.
    • Defects in strainers and rinse grids.

    All incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded.

    The owner/end-user must provide access to the components of the Product as described in the installation guide so that KUBEBATH can execute the warranty specified herein. If such access is not available, all expenses to provide said access will be the responsibility of the owner/end user.

    This warranty does not apply to Products that have not been installed or operated in accordance with instructions supplied by KUBEBATH and all applicable rules, regulations, and legislation pertaining to such installations. 

    This warranty does not apply unless the KUBEBATH Product is installed by fully insured licensed professionals. KUBEBATH strongly recommends that such licensed professionals have experience in the installation of bathroom and kitchen products. Installation of certain products, including, without limitation, glass products (i.e., shower doors and glass sinks) by an inexperienced person may result in glass breakage and, consequently, cause personal injury or death. 

    KUBEBATH is not liable for personal injuries or deaths to any persons or for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor or material charges, or any other costs resulting from the use of the product or equipment or pertaining to the application of the present warranty, or resulting from the removal or replacement of any product or element or part covered by this warranty.

    EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED ABOVE, KUBEBATH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY CODE. In any case, KUBEBATH cannot be held liable for any amount over and above the purchase price paid for the Product by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder. 

  3. Commercial Limitations
    In addition to the above conditions and limitations, the warranty period for products installed for commercial applications or used in commercial ventures is one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder from an authorized dealer. KUBEBATH is not responsible for loss of use or profit under any circumstances. If the product is used as a display, the warranty period begins when the product is placed on display. This warranty gives the owner/end-user specific legal rights. The owner/end-user may also have other rights which can vary from one state or province to another.
  4. Replacement Part Requestions
    When requesting warranty replacement parts, you will need to provide:
    1. a dated, valid proof of purchase (payment receipt from an authorized KubeBath reseller)
    2. The specific part number(s) and/or part description to be replaced.
    3. In some cases, a) KubeBath will require a digital picture of the part or product to verify the defect. b) KubeBath will require delivery of the part or product for inspection of the defect.

    Delivery of warranty replacement parts typically take up to 10 business days. In some cases, replacement parts may not be readily available and may take up to 2-8 weeks for delivery.

    After the first 30 days of product purchase, the cost of shipping replacement parts is not covered. Customer will be charged a nominal fee for shipping.

  5. Warranty Service

    In order to obtain service provided under this warranty during regular business hours, contact KUBEBATH directly. KUBEBATH will provide the warranty service described above when the following conditions have been met: the failure is of the nature or type covered by the warranty; the user has informed an authorized KUBEBATH Agent or KUBEBATH’s warranty service department representative of the nature of the problem during the warranty period; conclusive evidence (e.g., proof of purchase or installation) is provided to the foregoing by the user proving that the failure occurred or was discovered within the warranty period; an authorized independent service person or company representative has been permitted to inspect the product during regular business hours within a reasonable time after the problem was reported by the user. KUBEBATH might request pictures of the products in order to help properly address the warranty claim and replacement parts. KUBEBATH’s warranty obligation shall be discharged upon tender of replacement or repair. The customer’s refusal to accept the tender terminates KUBEBATH’s warranty obligations.

    *Certain models are pending approval. Certification may be ended by KUBEBATH or certification agencies without notice.

    When requesting warranty service, you will need to provide:

    1. an approved Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Customer Service
    2. a dated, valid proof of purchase (payment receipt from an authorized KubeBath reseller)
    3. a description of the problem

    Items must be properly and safely packed in such a manner to prevent damage to the part or product during shipment. For your safety, please ship via insured carrier which employs package tracking. Large items such as Vanities, Countertops and Bathtubs must be shipped properly secured on a pallet.

    After warranty service is completed, any repaired or replacement parts/products will be return shipped via Standard Ground service to the customer free of charge. Upgraded expedited shipment is available for a fee.

    KubeBath will not service received items when:

    1. The item is inspected and found to be not covered by the warranty.
    2. The item is inspected and found to be damaged during shipment due to lack of proper packaging.

    Return shipment of such products will be at the expense of the customer.

    For products that are discontinued and no longer serviceable and/or replaceable, a pro-rated credit towards a purchase of another similar KubeBath brand product will be issued.

Manhattan Comfort
  • Warranty

    All Manhattan Comfort furniture products are warranted, to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of 30 days thereafter.

    Our warranty is limited to new products purchased in factory sealed cartons. This warranty is valid in the United States of America.

    In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing or defective parts immediately after opening the carton.

    Manhattan Comfort offers a 30-day parts replacement warranty on all items.

    Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use.

    The warranty does not cover:

    - Defects/damages by improper assembly or disassembly;

    - Defects/damages caused by shipping, claims for damage during transit should be placed immediately to the transportation company.

    - Defects/damages caused by inappropriate use of the furniture.

  • Replacement Parts

    Sometimes the parts can be overlooked as they are packed securely to ensure that other parts are not compromised/damaged in transit. If the parts are truly missing, please email us at help@manhattancomfort.com. Send a copy of the invoice with images that reflect the damages. Any damages due to misassembly will not be reimbursed. Reference the manual to identify which part is missing and be sure to include that information in the body of the email. 

Whiteline Modern Living
  1. Damages Upon Delivery

    WHITELINE takes every step possible to ensure your orders arrive in the best condition possible.   However, it is the Buyer's full responsibility to thoroughly inspect the products received and observe any defects or damages before signing and accepting delivery.  If the box shows any signs of carrier mishandling: hole(s), crushed corners, worn tops, bottom or edges, etc., the buyer or authorized agent must note the exact description of each carton on the physical inspection report and/or delivery slip. If any unacceptable damages are observed, you have the right to refuse the delivery of the item.

    Detailed description should be noted on the delivery receipt and pictures of the damages should be attached therewith.  The Buyer should then contact us (305) 987-9484 and make us aware of the damages within 24 hours, after which a damage claim form will be sent to the dealer where the furniture was bought to fill out and send back to us.

    WHITELINE will make sure a replacement of the damaged product is arranged as soon as it is practically possible.  However, in the event that a replacement is not available a refund may be issued.

    It is the Buyer’s full responsibility to thoroughly inspect an item before accepting delivery.  If damage is discovered after the Buyer receives the merchandise, WHITELINE will not be responsible for any replacement or return.

  2. Defects

    WHITELINE will replace any defective item as soon as it is possible. Defect items need to be claimed within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. If a replacement is not available a refund may be issued.

  3. Warranty

    WHITELINE warrants to the End User that goods shall be free of defects for a period of One Year from the date of End User receipt of product.  Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions. 

    Proper care and usage are essential to preserving the End User's rights under this warranty.  This warranty does not apply if your WHITELINE merchandise is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other chemicals, or if exposed to sunlight or extreme heat (except for outdoor items suitable for such use).

    This warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, stains, or indentations.

    This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “as is” at time of purchase.

    Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in WHITELINE products, normal variations can occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such variations.

    WHITELINE will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from defect in the product.

    This warranty becomes effective with the delivery date. For warranty claims please contact support@suburbancasa.com.

Swiss Madison

  1. Inspection
    Signature upon manifest, bill, or “Received by” acknowledges receipt of merchandise in full and in good condition by any authorized agent of the customer named. Any damages MUST be noted on the bill of lading or manifest at the time of delivery upon inspection.
  2. Claims

    A claim must be filed with customer service notifying them of any defective, missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise within 24 hours of of receipt.
    Swiss Madison® will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of replacement, the returns clause applies, and there will be a 25% restocking fee along with Swiss Madison’s initial shipping and handling costs. All fees will be deducted from the refund.

  3. Warranty
    Swiss Madison® warrants that its products will be free of defects and materials in workmanship for a period of one (1) year on all products. Swiss Madison® will replace any product which does not meet this express warranty. Products are not warranted against regular wear and tear, nor are said to be of fitness for a particular use. EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY, SWISS MADISON MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY AGREEMENT WITH CUSTOMER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIM (INCLUDING ANY CLAIM BASED ON STRICT OR ABSOLUTE LIABILITY IN TORT) THAT IT MAY HAVE AGAINST SWISS MADISON, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR EXPENSE CAUSED BY THE PRODUCTS.
Techni Mobili
  1. Warranty for Chairs
    Task/Kid's Chairs: 1 Year Warranty
    Executive/Manager Chairs: 2 Year Warranty
    1. RTA Products, LLC has warranted the Techni Mobili office chairs to the original purchaser who acquired a new product from RTA Products or its authorized resellers of the product against defects in material or workmanship.
    2. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of defective chair components or materials that fails under normal use as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to merchandise purchased in the Continental United States. No assembly labor is included. The word "defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product.
    3. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, negligence, unreasonable use or exposure.
    4. Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.
    5. RTA Products does not warrant: a) natural variations in character marks b) changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light c) marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather d) failure resulting from normal wear and tear e) the matching of colors, grains, or textures of natural materials f) the colorfastness or the matching of textiles, including an exact match to cuttings or to swatch cards g) damage, marking, or staining of veneer surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds, damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight h) we do not warrant products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.
    6. RTA Products shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or incidental or consequential damages.
    7. Any modification to the original product voids the warranty. We do not warrant the performance of the product when used in combination with other than original products.
    8. This product has been designed for and is intended for office and home-office use only. This warranty is Original Purchaser’s sole remedy for product defects, and this warranty does not extend to any product, or damage to any product, caused by or attributed to abuse or misuse, products used for commercial or rental purposes, use modifications of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or extended hereunder is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitations any implied warranty or merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
    9. Report any defects to RTA Products, LLC together with your sales receipt or other proof of purchase. If the chair is defective within the terms of the warranty, RTA Products, LLC will furnish a replacement chair (at its option) at no cost of equal or similar value and design.
    10. RTA Products will advise you of the procedure to follow in making warranty claims. The following are the procedures for warranty claims:
      a) Call us Monday – Friday, from 9am-5pm (Eastern Time) at (866) 782-5520 to explain the defect and give your name, address and phone number. Please have ready the model number of our product, date and place of purchase. You can also write to us by e-mail to warranty@rtaproducts.com and include the same information.
      b) If we determine that replacement will remedy the situation, and in order to determine the extent or the cause of the defect, purchaser will need to send the part in question at purchaser’s expense. Once we receive the part, we will examine it and determine whether the claim is valid (or not), and then proceed to send the replacement. We will ship the replacement at our expense.
  2. Warranty for Desks
    Desks/Laptop Carts & Stands/Filing Cabinets: Limited 5 Year Warranty

    RTA Products, LLC warrants to the Original Purchaser who acquired a new product from RTA Products or its authorized resellers that this product will be free from defects in its workmanship and materials, under normal use and service conditions, as described herein. "Defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections that impair the use of the furniture or product. RTA Products LLC will replace any defective part, at its discretion, and without charge to the original purchaser other than the freight from the end consumer to RTA Products.

    Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable. This warranty will be effective for the applicable time period beginning the date of purchase on your original sales receipt. RTA product’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products or parts as provided herein. This product has been designed for and is intended for office and home-office use only. This warranty is Original Purchaser’s sole remedy for product defects, and this warranty does not extend to any product, or damage to any product, caused by or attributed to abuse or misuse, products used for commercial or rental purposes, use modifications of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or extended hereunder is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitations any implied warranty or merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Please note, all desks made with PVC Laminate surface should not be exposed to direct sunlight, as it may damage the material. Damage of this nature is not covered under this warranty. 

    RTA Products will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to merchandise purchased in the Continental United States. If we determine that replacement will remedy the situation, and in order to determine the extent or the cause of the defect, purchaser will need to send the part in question at purchaser’s expense. Once we receive the part, we will examine it and determine whether the claim is valid (or not), and then proceed to send the replacement. We will ship the replacement at our expense.

    RTA Products, LLC warrants to the Original Purchaser who acquired a new product from RTA Products or its authorized resellers that this product will be free from defects in its workmanship and materials, under normal use and service conditions, as described herein. "Defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections that impair the use of the furniture or product. RTA products will repair or replace, at is option, without charge to the original purchaser ‘other than freight from purchaser to RTA Products, only the defective products or parts for a period of TWO (2) Years.

    Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable. This warranty will be effective for the applicable time period beginning the date of purchase on your original sales receipt. RTA product’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products or parts as provided herein. This product has been designed for and is intended for office and home-office use only. This warranty is Original Purchaser’s sole remedy for product defects, and this warranty does not extend to any product, or damage to any product, caused by or attributed to abuse or misuse, products used for commercial or rental purposes, use modifications of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or extended hereunder is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitations any implied warranty or merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Please note, all desks made with PVC Laminate surface should not be exposed to direct sunlight, as it may damage the material. Damage of this nature is not covered under this warranty.

  1. Damage Upon Delivery

    It is recommended that you open the Box as soon as possible and inspect for concealed damage. If there are parts missing or damaged, please contact warranty@rtaproducts.com for replacements.

    If the product is defective or damaged beyond repair, please take a pictures of the damage or defect and contact our support team at support@rtaproducts.com or call 1-866-782-5520 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Damage needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. The item must be returned in its original box within 10 days of receiving the item. Upon receiving your return in our facility, the item will be inspected and you may choose to exchange your item or request a full refund.

    Please allow about 10 days to complete your refund. We are unable to issue refunds for products returned that have been soiled, accidentally damaged or returned with parts missing.

    • Print the return shipping label that the support team will send you.
    • Re-package item in the original box and include ALL of its parts.

    RTA Products, LLC has warranted the Techni Sport products to the original purchaser who acquired a new product against defects in material or workmanship.

    This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of defective product components or materials as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to merchandise purchased in the Continental United States. No assembly labor is included. The word "defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product.

    This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, wear & tear, negligence, unreasonable use or exposure.

    Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.

    RTA Products does not warrant: a) natural variations in character marks b) changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light c) marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather d) failure resulting from normal wear and tear e) the matching of colors, grains, or textures of natural materials f) the colorfastness or the matching of textiles, including an exact match to cuttings or to swatch cards g) damage, marking, or staining of veneer surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds, damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight h) we do not warrant products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

    RTA Products shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or incidental or consequential damages.

    Any modification to the original product voids the warranty. We do not warrant the performance of the product when used in combination with other than original products.
