This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Suburban Casa (the “Site”). We will comply with proper and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. Please read this privacy policy carefully. Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, location, email, occupation, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Live Chat
This website is using Tawk.to, a chat platform that connects users with the customer support of Suburban casa. We may collecting email addresses/names/phone numbers only with the consent of the users, in order to start the chat or facilitate customer service and order inquiries. When contacting us or using our Services please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as sensitive data, genetic data, biometric data, health data, in accordance with applicable laws). You acknowledge that we bear no liability for whatsoever for such data provided to us whether in connection with personal data breach or otherwise. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Tawk.to application. For more information, please refer to their Privacy Policy.

Suburban Casa is not making use of these messages or data other than to follow up on users’ registered issues or inquiries. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Text Marketing
With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

Behavioral Advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We use Google Analytics to analyze customer behavior on our site in order to improve and optimize our site. This data is anonymous to us, and we do not collect specific or personal information about customers. We solely use this information to make informed advertising decisions, and help us enhance our website and advertising.

We advertise using Pinterest, Facebook, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Twitter. For each of those sites we use their "pixels" to receive data in order to improve our site, and optimize our advertising in order to better serve our customers with ads that may be relevant to them and their interests.

With your permission, we may send emails and text messages about our store, new products, sales and discounts, and cart reminders. You can opt out of these messages at any time.

We take the privacy of your information very seriously and promise to protect it. Under no other circumstances, except for the ones explicitly listed above, will we ever share or sell your personal information to a third-party company.

    This Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
