Shipping is typically through freight carriers. Shipping times depend on where you are located and which warehouse the order is being shipped from. Please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be shipped, and an additional 7-14 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email along with a tracking number. If you order several items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Once the item has been shipped the freight service will reach out to you to coordinate the time and date of the delivery. If any accommodations need to be made, please note that at checkout and again when arranging the delivery appointment.
Orders will typically be dropped off either curbside or outside your front door. It is your responsibility to bring the furniture into the building and to remove any existing items.
Depending on the item, parts may be shipped in several boxes, and assembly may be required. Please check that you have all the pieces of the item and nothing is broken. If your order is damaged in transit and external damage is visible, note the damage immediately, write it down on the delivery documents, take photos and/or videos, and refuse the shipment. If there is no external damage, accept and sign for the package, but note "subject to concealed damage." Any damage upon delivery needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery, or you may not be eligible for a refund. International Home Miami Warranty
Furniture is covered under International Home Miami's One Year Limited Warranty. To ensure your complete satisfaction, this warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for one year from date of purchase. Should a frame failure arise within one year from date of purchase, they will repair or replace the defective piece. They reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer is in production. There is a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against structural failure, provided the furniture is assembled correctly and is subjected to normal use and against wood rot and insect infestation. Structural failure after incorrect assembly, variations in wood color due to weathering, roughness, and non-structural cracks or splits are not warranted. Please note that International Home Miami Corp. cannot be liable for failure caused by abuse, neglect, or the application of paint or polyurethane.
What is not covered: Freight and packaging charges to and from our customer service center remain the customer's responsibility: furniture used for commercial purposes: failure caused by improper care; unreasonable or abusive use; freeze damage; acts of God; rust; purchased parts or return freight and packaging charges. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) is required for warranty. Simple cracking (slight hairline cracks, etc.) and discoloration are normal in wood products.
