Swiss Madison® Warranty
A claim must be filed with customer service notifying them of any defective, missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise within 24 hours of of receipt.
Swiss Madison® will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of replacement, the returns clause applies, and there will be a 25% restocking fee along with Swiss Madison’s initial shipping and handling costs. All fees will be deducted from the refund.
